The score of your syndicate will change after each match, but the amount will vary depending on a number of factors.

Firstly, when the matchmaking takes place we aim to place your syndicate against another syndicate within a reasonable range, based on both of your scores. This opponent is randomly selected but we do try to make sure you don't play against the same team in quick succession.

Once the match has taken place, the amount of points you gain or lose is completely dependent on both of your scores before the game. The higher your opponent's score compared to yours, the more points you'll gain for a victory, or less points you'd lose. In contrast if you lose to a team with a lower score you'd lose more points and gain less for the victory.

As your syndicate's score gets higher, it becomes gradually harder to get points but easier to lose them - so the victories become ever more important.

This is completely independent of your Fan level, which will affect your team's ability and your rewards after the match.
